Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable, relevant experience in your specified trade (Roofing, Painting, General Construction).
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot on-site, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Impeccable Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record are mandatory (will be verified).
  • Relationship & Sales Skills: Must be comfortable interacting directly with customers, identifying their other needs, and actively seeking opportunities to cross-sell other company services.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
